Shipping within the United States

Made Twogether LLC currently sells and ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

USPS Ground and USPS Priority options are available at checkout. The rate shown is based on the total shipping weight of the order. Carrier transit times are estimates and can vary during holidays, severe weather, and other service disruptions.

When your order ships, use the tracking information in your shipping confirmation to follow its delivery. If tracking shows a delay or your package doesn’t arrive, contact us at info@madetwogether.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

Returns

Eligible standard, non-custom products may be returned when you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, clearance, closeout, and other items marked final sale aren’t eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on ordinary approved returns. Made Twogether LLC covers approved return shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
